We offer a quiet and elegant co-working space at 801 N Trade Street, in downtown Winston-Salem. There are only seven desks in the space (maximum capacity). The cost for a Co-Working space is $250/mo. All leases are month-to-month.
Private Office Space, Month-to-Month
In addition to co-working spaces, there are four private offices available for rent ($500–650/month) in the downtown Class A office space. These offices include everything listed above, except for furniture (negotiable).
Co-Working tenants are automatically at the top of the waiting list for private office space, and have first-option as a space becomes available. Please call Kristie at 646-320-3845 if you'd like to tour the space or be added to the waiting list.
